Today was a meaningful day, I officially became a blood donor for the first time It wasn't the easiest journey; I traveled all the way from Bambili, and let’s just say my 'soft skin' made the process a little more memorable (I got pierced a few times\!). But honestly, the little bit of discomfort is nothing compared to the impact it has on someone else’s life. Being a part of the Elifesaver community and officially knowing my blood group is O+ has given me a new sense of purpose.
